This combined and condensed 5 day course is a now a requirement for any persons who are required to deliver learning outside the formal education setting, either as part of their occupation or hobby. The course is split into three parts, a prior distance learning period, attendance for 5 days in the classroom and then finally a post  course reflection assignment.

Automated External Defibrillator (AED) Competent User Course Emergency

Cardiac Arrest is the biggest killer in this country. Over 150,000 die as a result. The majority could have been saved if a defibrillator was made available.

Automated External Defibrillators (AED's) are now becoming more common throughout a range of workplaces. A casualty's survival rate will dramatically increase if an AED is available and if you have appropriately qualified personnel to use it.
