B in The Park

August 2005
Recently The Protector Group where responsible for the security back stage at an event held by Fife Council and Fife Police. The event focusing on healthy living for children involved a series of local youth bands playing to a crowd of around 2000 people. The sun and the rain came out for the day, which was a tremendous success. Protector controlled access to the whole stage area and supplied a CCTV Van that together with Fife Police mobile CCTV allowed constant surveillance over the whole park.

Sgt Ken O’Keefe of Fife Constabulary quoted “On behalf of Glenrothes Youth Strategy both Fife Constabulary and Fife Council would like to thank The Protector Group Ltd and in particular Richard Nash, for the professional and courteous way in which they carried out their role at the B in the Park event held at Riverside Park, Glenrothes. The control they provided over both the stage and the backstage area was integral to the success of the day.”

The Protector Group would like to return that thanks, our staff had a great day and were equally as well looked after, as “part of the team” we look forward to next year when we will know to bring umbrellas.
